Again, brand new never worn without tags... as are all my Selkie items! They are so darn cute and I promise myself to wear them by cutting the tags off right away, but half the time the clothes sadly just hang in my closet. This has hidden snap buttons along the inside with white traditional buttons on top layer. Has bow tie. Also has lace around wrist cuffs, same as on the collar and of course, signature Selkie puffed sleeves. Originally bought to go with the matching skirt.
