New! Gorgeous African Dress w/ POCKETS!

I got this beauty from a local designer and and am so heartbroken that she is much too big! She was intended to be a one-size-fits all dress - her entire bodice is elastic - but did not give me the ideal fit as a size XS/S. Her P2P lays flat at 15.5 inches and expands to 28 inches. She is 36 inches long from shoulder to hem. The square neckline makers her versatile as either a short sleeve or off-the-shoulder dress. Best of all, she has pockets!!! She’s lightweight but the craftsmanship is amazing. Appropriate for the spring and summer seasons! Belt not included. I tossed on a tie belt I had laying around so that you could see the option. You could do the same or wear without!
