Genuine leather it has three pouches inside and the small zipper patch. The inside is that suede it looks very vintage. The leather is in great condition and has also been cleaned in condition by me. It opens and closes with a big button at the front.
Note see last picture it has some ink stains add at the bottom, right of the first pouch.

@luckymlg I am working right now but as soon as I get home I will take the measurements. I just went to tomthomas.com and it saying that they are a company from Texas, so it is made in the United States.
