Navy Floral Shirt Dress by Express

Navy shirt dress with a royal blue floral print by Express coming together for a gorgeous combination to complement any spring or summer event! Features include a scoop neck, buttons all the way down the front, a self-tie, a silky navy blue lining I took pics of that is attached to the completely sheer outer layer at the spaghetti straps and at the bottom which could easily become unattached if desired with no harm done. The straps are not adjustable. Both layers are polyester and are machine washable. Very gently loved, only worn twice, and lying flat measures approximately 37 inches shoulder to hem, 21 inches armpit to armpit, and 19 1/2 inches at the self-tie.
