This is a women's top and pant combo by Blair. The pants are a cropped type / wide leg pant, a little longer than the traditional capri pant. The combo is made of cotton except for the decoration around the V-neck. The combo was made in India and is white. They are both in excellent shape & while they do not have tags I am not sure if they were ever worn. These are lightweight and would be an excellent summer outfit especially if vacationing at the beach.
