Hi - when you mean it runs small - where did you find it fitting tight? In the chest area? Could you provide the bust area measurement?

@dcute54 Hi! The fabric has zero stretch. I thought the lower hemline ran a bit small as I could not close the zipper around my ribs. I have added two pics with measurements. Bust is just under 15.5” across and lower hemline is 12.5” across.
