jerseyglam @sydneyjacobsonm The very top of the waistband where the band is 10 1/2" just under that band still near the top (under the seam that runs across the top for the band) is 11". It stretches a few inches. It runs small - like a junior size 0/2 - maybe a 4. Hope this helps!
