Neimans/Target Lace Strapless Dress

Worn once. Excellent condition. The bottom of the dress has 4 layers: the outer black lace, a tan lining, a tulle layer, and a slick innermost tan lining. They are held together with a thread on each side. On the inside, there is boning around the chest and a bra-like band that goes across the back with 3 different tightness options to secure the dress in place. There is also a rubber lining around the top of the dress to prevent slipping. Zipper and hook-and-eye closure on the back. The zipper has somewhat of a difficult time getting past the ribbon waistband, but there are no tears/flaws/nothing in the way. Approx measurements are 14.5" across the waistband 30" long
