mrswall_ @kimelliscloset hi lovely you can see in the third photo there’s like a strap that can be adjusted according to how tight you want it to be. I’ve never really noticed and used it.

mrswall_ @kimelliscloset yes it’s a size 37 I have a photo of the box and the actual shoes which says it’s 37. I’m a usual size 7 and this fits perfect
