MISA tassle halter maxi dress

This is a beautiful maxi dress with a peplum look. The ruffled collar and the Pom Pom tassels are adorable and a flattering tie waist. The interior is fully lined. Inside the lined fabric you can see in the final photo that it has a large hole where the thread pulled near the tag. It does not effect the dress appearance or use. Priced due to this wear.
