This is an excellent condition! In fact, the tag plastic is there, but I cannot find the tag as shown in the picture. Beautiful Cowell neck line. Love the color combination. Great neutral colors. This is a three-quarter length sleeve. Love the elastic Ruche on the sides. Approximate measurements are 19 inches pit to pit and 37 inches from shoulder to bottom of the dress.
