Gigi's Blueberry Cake Pie - Priceless!

My mom makes the best pie cake or cake pie! We call it cake pie because the crust has a little bit of a cakeness to it. It's not a traditional pie crust. Mom just made the blueberry version and it was so good that I thought I would post her recipe. If anyone makes it I sure would like to know how yours comes out! While I love her blueberry cake pie, my personal favorite is mom's strawberry rhubarb pie cake. Just adjust your fruit. She had this recipe scribbled out and it was not exact amounts, so we refined it and I typed it up so that we have a nice copy now! You can make it with any fruit but our favorites are the blueberry, and the strawberry rhubarb! I think I'll take some pictures of the inside slices so you can see that it's not too cakey but it's not a thin pie crust.
