Shell necklace with pendant

Necklace is on good condition and kept in a clean smoke free home. Pendant does not feel like shell - feels like a plastic. 17” necklace with 1 3/4” round stationary pendant with abstract circular design, necklace shells are approximate 18mm X 13mm oval separated by 4 mm round black beads, silver tone lobster claw clasp.
