This dress is brand new with original tags! It is in excellent condition. The inside size tag says 'small.' However, everything I wear is a small and this dress is too tight. It's very form-fitting; true to size. Also, I am 5'3 and the dress doesn't reach my ankles. The color is peach. 🍑 Where to wear? A formal, evening event. An upscale birthday or anniversary party...
