VTG Penn State sweatshirt XS S

Rad vintage PENN State sweatshirt!! Tagged a size youth M - but as u can see on me this can fit a XS / S. I am a small and it fits me. I’d say the sleeves are a bit short but fits me otherwise! I am 5’5 and 110 lbs View measurement below for details: Armpit to armpit: Approx 17 inches Shoulder to hem: Approx 20 inches VG Good used shape. I noticed one small mark only the arm. Still very crisp white color!! No rips or holes. Smoke free home A9
