luluschateau It’s removable but it’s a thick foam wedge and not like a thin insert. It’s not thin like hoka inserts and its thicker than the rubber dr schols I would remove and take picture but I’m afraid I wouldn’t put back in correctly I did that once with a pair of boots and that insert shifted the entire time I walked.
