Freda Button Front Culotte Pants NWOT. Good condition. There are some loose threads around the waistband only because there's a 1/2" of fringe by design (last picture). The waistband is elastic - 2.5" tall. The buttons are not functional. No zipper, no tie, no beltloops. Functional pockets on both hips! Approx measurements are: 15" across the waist 27.5" inseam
