pretty candy-striped dress. there are 2 pictures of the front of the dress- it can be worn on the shoulders or off the shoulders. with this makes the neckline where it can be straight across or rounded. there is elastic at the neckline. there is again elastic in the sleeves too. material is light weight. and it certain lights or angles it could show outlines of a person but not see through. at the neckline there is red and white string that is twisted and very long. you can make a bow tie and then let the strings hang down as they have tassels at the end. there is stings and puff balls at the end of the sleeves and the hemline. found no issues or flaws. smoke free home and pet friendly home. measurements in picture. measurements laying flat with no stretch.
