Vintage Y2K Forever 21 Skirt

*Vintage* Forever 21 Skirt, if you know, you know! This is from around 2001/2002, and the quality was much better back in the day. A line silhouette with a little bit of volume. Invisible zipper and hook and eye closure. Two attached ribbons so you can tie a bow in the front or back. Fully lined, and both outer and lining are 100% cotton. The only flaw is that the lining has a little bit of yellowing, not visible when wearing. 20 inches long, so either a mini or just above the knee depending on your height.
