How many inches across is the waist and what’s the rise? Thx

When laying flat, and measuring across the front of the waist, it is about 15 inches. If I measure the rise from the seam in the front, it is about 7 inches. If I measure from the back from the scene is about 12 inches. If I measure when the front and back waist is lined up and where it naturally folds, it’s about 9 inches
