Stunning 925 Silver and 14k Gold Blue Topaz with Diamonds Ring

This beauty is an estate piece. It’s marked 925 14k. The oval shaped blue topaz is mounted in a gold circle and surrounded by diamonds. I have been unable to identify the maker’s mark (pictured).
