NWT - Ladies Bathing Suit (L) Black/Aqua Blue

I bought this bathing suit on line but the style of the bust area didn’t work for me. The last picture shows a small open area that I assume you could pull the padding out. It comes from a smoke and pet free home. See pics for measurements.
