These have been customized with leopard fabric on the front with them being in excellent condition. These feature a relaxed fit with them being made of 100% Cotton rigid denim (No stretch). Waist = 14.5” / Rise = 10” / Inseam = 1.5” NOTE: I listed these as a Size 28 given the posted flat measurements and relaxed fit.
