You know this fabric, you love this fabric, and (if you have a pear-shaped body type), you should definitely buy this dress. I purchased this piece without paying attention to the actual measurements, because it not a stretch fabric, and it’s a fixed, not elastic, waist. It’s hand tailored with no labels. Looks like NEVER WORN. Here’s the measurements in inches, flat, one side. Bust: 16” Waist: 13.5” Hips: super full thanks to several inverted pleats :) Length is 38” Rear zipper has a bit of glitch at the waist, but does work
