It gives size conversions (to numeric sizes), and provides a measurements range in inches that each size will fit ☺️ The “other comment” didn’t buy anything from us. She said she bought something elsewhere and it didn’t fit. So I have no information what and where she bought it. It has nothing to do with our merchandise.
