Looks vintage or possibly antique? Off-white lace piece. Maybe a head piece….or something that goes around the shoulders? Very pretty. Approx. 35 in long. About 5 1/2 in. wide. Could be repurposed or up-cycled into something unique and pretty. Gives off some granny-chic vibes.
