This is a 100% rayon blue mini dress from Princess Polly. This dress has a beautiful floral print with short sleeves and pinched detailing. There is a deep V neckline and ruffles. The dress is fully lined and attached with an invisible zipper in the the back. I have only worn this dress once so it is in great condition.
