This dress has been owned by me and never worn. The color of the dress is a deep navy blue. The lights of the camera may make it look a bit lighter. The dress is 100% silk and even though it's a casual style it has a small ruffle along the top of the dress and a crosses section in the bust line that makes it fit very elegant. The dress is very comfortable as it opens below the bust line and it moves beautifully when you walk. The dress is very elegant due to the silky material and is fully lined with the same color blue. The measurements are as follows: The with in the bust area is 36" wide, then below the bust area it reduces to 33" inches wide and the dress open from that section to with pleads to 42" wide. Depending on how you adjust the straps on the dress the length is 39" long .
