Floral sleeveless ruffle neck top by Elle. Size XS. Black with ruffled neckline. One small button at the nape of the neck. Front is a pink, yellow, and green floral overlay made of 100% polyester. The back is black. The lining and the back are 100% rayon. Machine wash, dry flat. Excellent used condition. Perfect colors for February. Pair with a cardigan for warmth during the winter months!!
