Justify yellow summer dress, size Large (Juniors)

Justify yellow summer dress, size large (Juniors - could work for an adult too, but would be closer to a S/M in adult sizing), very cute detailing. Elastic neckline which I believe could be worn as traditional sleeves or a slight off the shoulder look. Also has elastic bust and top so it stretchy. Armpit to armpit is 14 inches. Waist also 14 inches, but will stretch, length approx 36 inches. NWOT, never worn.
