As you can see from the pics, the waist is not see through, but the bottom edge is see through as a more traditional eyelet detail. Zippered back. Great dress for a wedding, or to wear to work. Very versatile. Armpit to armpit is 14.75. Length is 35.5 inches to the top of the eyelet hem and 38 inches total.
