Absolutely new, **Fabric is knit so it is stretchable, it can be worn by a Small Sized person or a Medium sized person, **I got it for a friend as a gift but the dress is long (full length) couldn't get shortened as it knit, which is why selling, can't negotiate much on this please be wise on offers.
