@pvanderway I measured it going across the top with it zipped together so 16 inches total all around :)

@ramullen13 hmmm... something is off here. This skirt's waistband is clearly wider than the standard pants hanger it is on and those hangers are usually about 12" - 14" across. So the total waistband measurement could not be 16".

It could be 16" for the flat waistband measurement though, which would make this a 32" waistband. (A skirt for a person with a 32" waist). Is this what you are communicating?

This skirt runs large-- a 32" waist in USA is usually a size 14 / Large.
