Such a chic top from Keepsake the Label! Features balloon sleeves that come to the elbow and a peplum style fit. Functional front buttons and button closures at the sleeve. This top has never been worn, but it was purchased at a showroom sample sale, so it does have some makeup on the inside of the top from someone trying it on. There are no other visible flaws that I noticed! Size Small (has sample tag because it was a showroom sample.
