Needle and Thread garden regency gown. Never been worn, with tags. Size US 14

Needle and Thread floor length gown, called garden regency. Size US 14. Has beautiful pink, blue, cream embroidery throughout the champagne colored dress. Also has subtle beading and sequins that gently sparkle (see video). Birds are embroidered throughout the dress. Has very wide Bell sleeves which hit just at elbow. Neck line is a very subtle tulle ruffle trimmed mock neck. I never wore this dress, I bought two from the company and chose the other dress. This has just been sitting in my closet waiting for a very special occasion. It has the tag at the bottom of the dress “required for returns”, it also has the barcode and tag inside I paid extra for the gown (floor) length, and also at that time, a very rare hard to find size 14. It was ordered directly from the UK Needle and Thread store. All sales final.
