New With Tags Draper James RSVP brand Tag lists this as a SL Maxi Shirt Dress Top has button-up front with three buttons and folded collar. Tank top style with A-line maxi skirt bottom. The dress bottom has a row of pleated ruffle (see photo #5 for reference). Matching fabric belt ties at the waistline with three string belt loops to hold it in place. Dress includes two pockets and has a fabric liner running throughout (see photo #7) The pattern has a green background with pink flowers running throughout. babybluebubblezHi @kirtchik, thanks for your interest! The dress measures approximately 19 in. armpit-to-armpit laying flat, and approximately 13 in. at the waist but stretches about another two inches (totaling approximately 15 in.) due to the elastic waistband.
