Alexander McQueen 2008 Unworn Silk Blue Paisley Strapless Dress Floaty Skirt

Amazing Alexander McQueen floaty silk strapless dress in a blue and white paisley with a few soft pinkish-red accents throughout, circa 2008. Soft pleats at bust, skirt hangs in separate strips/panels that create beautiful movement. Built in bustier at top. Fastens at back with two hook and eyes brassiere style. Two bits of fabric at back tie over the fastener and drape over a small peekaboo opening. Retailed at $5995. 100% silk. Made in Italy. Size IT 38, usually US 2, but may run small. See measurements. Bust 26" stretches to 29". (We used a bra extender so it could fit a larger mannequin, which we will include- it will allow for an extra 2 inches of room [31"] at bust if needed.) Waist open. Hip open. Length (top center chest to longest point of hem) 53". New with tags attached. Excellent condition, no flaws to note.
