This listing is for a black/charcoal "We the Free" cotton blend top with an off-the-shoulder design and asymmetrical hem. The fit is relaxed. The "We the Free" tag has been removed for comfort. The shoulder strap was too long so it was shortened a little and a pretty vintage button accent was added to make the top one-of-a-kind. The chest measures 49" from armpit to armpit (circumference).
