The 2nd photo shows the fabric - 100% Cotton is the Shell (lace), the Lining is 100% Rayon. It is a slip on, I bought it to get married on the beach - I lost a lot of weight and then did not fit. It is really pretty. The lining has some stretch to it if needed. I added another photo to the post referencing the fabric for you!
