on the tag it says the floral pattern is called "forget me not. the main background color is white. then you see black, yellow, powder blue and green. the waistline is elastic, so there is some wiggle room there. there is also a drawstring to bring in the waistline if needed. these are Capris, so will go approximately to the knee or below but not to the ankle. the leg width is a wide leg opening at 11 inches, laying flat. these are brand new with tags. inseam to waistline is 13 inches inseam to end of Capri is 17 inches. found no issue or flaws. smoke-free home and pet friendly home. measurements on pictures. measurements are laying flat with no stretch. rack x, section A
