Antique 4.5” Bisque “jointed” Doll Arms move approx 1800’s-early 1900’s $FIRM

The doll appears to either be from Japan or Germany. “Jointed” bisque doll, arms move, Some people have listed these as Frozen Charlotte, Googly, and/or Penny Bisque Dolls. May or may not have wax remnants on the bottoms of feet to stand upright. Waxed areas can attract and/or have dirt/lint (such as hands/bottoms/feet etc.) I am not a collector and only have some surface level info at this time. any friendly and honest tips greatly appreciated.
