Do you know (roughly) the bust size/would it fit 34C?

@colleen555 hi. So the measurement laying flat is about 17.”5 across the bust. This is a dress I wore a couple of times when I was younger and I was a 34B-C at the time. I wore it with a lacy cami/tank underneath as the v is quite deep.
