NWT White & Blue Floral Sleeveless Summer Dress Size 8 Petite by Ever New Petite

This is a beautiful summer dress with a loose flowing feel. Made from polyester size 8. It’s more fitted on the top and looser as it goes down. Brand new with tags. 52” long (This is the measurement from the top of the shoulder straps all the way to the ground.) Pit to pit 21”. Tie up waist with elastic above the waist line. Purchased at Hudsons Bay Company. The outer part of the dress is sheer with a blue floral pattern. It sits over top of a white slip for coverage. It’s not see-through.
