Vintage 1960s Pink Gingham Summer Dress Floral Organza Lace Sz S

Vintage 60s pink and white gingham dress. Thick organza-like trim /apron detail. Fit and flare style with gathered skirt. Zips up center back with a nylon zipper. Has small hole in fabric on front bodice, see pic. It is small and is 1.75” above waistline. A thick belt can hide this. Zipper has some loose stitching, looks like it was redone at some point, it can benefit from some extra stitches that I have not done. Top bodice is fully lined with same gingham fabric.
