b3v3rlyc Loved this. Such a great way to start your day in the morning. Felt refreshed and ready to go. Even though I was nothing like Mel I have to do things my body will tolerate bc I have a super messed up back and have to have surgery on my hip (9/22). I absolutely loved this. Even if you can’t do yoga do some stretches and relax and do the breathing it’s amazing. You will feel a weight lifted from you. Love you Mel. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

adreamerschase @b3v3rlyc I'm so glad you did it with me!! it was a short one, but wanted to test it out! you are correct!! it is good for ALL! You can modify all poses based on where we are at. The more we do it, the stronger we get! I highly recommend as a way to start or end our day!! I'm going to do another one in a couple weeks! thank you for all your support!! I appreciate you so much!
