The sweetest little sack dress handmade out of a pillow case! Would make for an adorable little nightgown or sundress on hot summer nights. My mom told me she had one just like this in 1968. I would estimate this is from from the 70s.
Excellent vintage condition! Measurements are 19 inches armpit to armpit, and 36 inches from shoulder to hem.
