Blue Amarra size 0 formal dress

A royal blue dress with multicolored rhinestones on it. Only worn once. Has some small stains on inside and outside of dress, but most likely can be cleaned off and stains are hardly noticeable. Has padding in it and the back hook was fixed by a tailor. Willing to negotiate!
