cfgalley @okcmegn elastic is in excellent condition. I put a tape measure around the black skirt and it looks like it’s 31 all the way around.. the navy and white stripe is 30 around the waist.. the length on both is 13

okcmegn @cfgalley thanks. I will double check the measurements on my existing items. If they have been washed, are they scented unfortunately I am super sensitive to fragrance.
