Tested Working. Accepts batteries or uses an optional wall charger (not included). Minor scuffs and dust. As with any worn/ used item, unnoticed flaws may be present. Item has been briefly cleaned. Further cleaning may be required as the item may be dusty/have lint/hair, debris, etc. from storage.
