Used - fair condition. Rare opportunity to own designer Sherri Hill prom dress from 2012. Worn once with visible damage to sequins. I’m not crafty enough to take to this dress with a needle & thread or scissors so be my guest. Always thought it would be a gorgeous short dress if cut!
